Add a fun twist to traditional baseball, softball, and kickball units with SlingShot Derby! Instead of hitting or kicking a ball, players use a specially-designed sling shot to launch balls into play. Two players hold the handles on the sides of the launcher as a third student pulls back on the large 17" dia cradle to fling the soft game ball. Launching ball allows for greater success by players of all skill levels.
The launcher weighs only 11 oz, making it easy to handle. It includes 5"L plastic handles with soft, comfortable grips. The launch cradle is made of nylon and mesh for dependable durability. Latex bands on the launcher are 22"L. Oversized bases encourage safe play as players round them during plays. Set includes 2 launchers, 6 balls (7" dia), 4 bases, a VersaBag mesh storage bag, and activity instructions.
