Parcel Shipping

You need it fast, and we’re ready to deliver! Many of our products are in stock in our warehouses, ready to ship. Over 99% of the time, you order an in-stock product, and it will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. Orders must be received by 4pm CST to qualify for same-day shipping. Each box typically weighs 50 pounds or less for ease of handling.

Most of these parcel shipments arrive in 4 business days or less to the 48 contiguous states and non-remote Canadian territories. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and northern Canada arrive in 14 days or less. Delivery times for other locations will be determined at the time of ordering.

Truck Delivery

Some items are too large or heavy to ship in a parcel, so they are shipped in a large truck. These products are typically shipped on pallets, which require a pallet jack or forklift to unload. Truck items can be shipped directly from our warehouse or other locations. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment. Truck shipments require a loading dock. The truck driver will use a pallet jack to move your product from the truck to your elevated loading dock.

Truck Shipping Without an Overhead Loading Dock

If the items you ordered are shipped via truck, but you do not have an overhead loading dock, a special lift-door truck will be required. Choose from the following delivery options:

Lift-Door Delivery: The driver will place your order on the ground level in a truck parking lot as close to your building as possible. You carry your order into the building. There will be an additional $90 charge added to your order.

Threshold Delivery: The driver will use a pallet jack to carry your order over the first threshold of the building. There will be an additional $250 charge added to your order.

Room/Location Delivery: The driver will use a pallet jack to carry your order from the truck to the building and to the room/location of your choice. This includes climbing one flight of stairs. An additional charge of $450 will be added to your order.

Shipping, Handling, and Processing (SH&P) Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of your order using the package dimensions and delivery zip code. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states may experience longer delivery times. For specific questions about shipping, please contact one of our friendly and knowledgeable team members
